Animation Program

The Challenge
To provide a national synthesis of the approaches taken and lessons learned from CAP, a
community-based environmental health animation program, run cooperatively by Environment
Canada and Health Canada. The program was managed by the departments' regional offices;
each region implemented and evaluated the program in a unique manner, based on a common
framework.
Our Approach
A national picture of CAP was developed using data from the regions' evaluation
reports. This included the preparation of ten short representative case
studies.
