Evaluation
Evaluation mechanisms help to:
-
ensure that your programs stay on track,
-
improve your programs over time, and
-
justify your requests for project support / funding.
While evaluations should be well designed and methodically carried out, they
need
not
be expensive nor time consuming. We can assist you in determining
the most
appropriate
evaluation approach for your needs and budget. We
design evaluation
mechanisms into
most of the strategies we develop, and
have carried out and coached clients in conducting
numerous evaluations -
from small telephone surveys
to international, multi-media program
reviews.
